Information you send us
The contact form requires your name, email address and message. A phone number is optional. Your submission is sent to Vestta’s email inbox so Archer can respond. The enquiry email also includes the submission time and a country estimate supplied by the hosting service.
Please keep your message to appointment or service questions. Do not send detailed medical records, identification documents, payment-card details or other sensitive information through the website form. Ask Archer how to provide information needed for an appointment.
How enquiry information is used
Vestta uses the information in your enquiry to answer your questions, communicate about appointments and follow up on your request. Sending the form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Information may also be handled where required or permitted by applicable law.
By submitting an enquiry, you ask Vestta to receive and use the information to respond. You can choose to call instead, or omit optional information. Ask Archer if you want to withdraw consent to further contact; this may limit the ability to respond to your request.
Hosting and email providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and handles delivery of contact-form emails. Enquiries are addressed to Vestta’s Gmail inbox. These providers process information needed to deliver their services.
Website requests can expose technical information such as your IP address, browser details, the requested page and request time to the hosting provider. Technical and delivery logs help operate the site and investigate errors. The contact form records a delivery identifier on success and provider error details if delivery fails.
Provider systems may process information outside British Columbia or Canada, where different laws may apply. Read Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy for information about their services.
Booksy appointments and reviews
Appointment links take you to Booksy. Information you enter there, including booking or payment information, is handled through Booksy rather than this website’s contact form. Review Booksy’s terms and Privacy Policy before using its service.
The testimonials on this website contain selected public Booksy reviews, with the display name, service and review date shown. Contact Archer if you have a concern about an excerpt displayed here. Booksy manages the original review on its platform.
Google Maps, cookies and other links
Location sections contain an embedded Google map. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google, which may receive your IP address, browser information and the address of the page you are visiting. Google may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. A map may load as you scroll near it, without a separate click.
The website does not include a separate advertising pixel or analytics script. Third-party services such as Google Maps and Booksy may use their own tracking technologies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect third-party features.
External websites have their own privacy practices. Their policies apply when you follow a link and use their services.
Storage and security
Contact-form enquiries are delivered as email and can remain in Vestta’s email records. Service providers also maintain technical records under their own settings and policies. Contact Archer for information about retention of a particular enquiry or to request its deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Online transmission and ordinary email cannot be guaranteed completely secure. The website enquiry form is not a secure patient-record portal. Information collected during an appointment may involve separate consent and recordkeeping practices; ask Archer for those details.
Your privacy questions and requests
You may contact Archer to ask about your personal information, request access or corrections, or raise a privacy concern. For an access or correction request, write by email or post and describe the information you are asking about. Identity verification may be needed before information can be disclosed or changed. Requests are handled subject to applicable law; asking for deletion does not guarantee that every record can be removed.
